Another reason to love Oxford

When the public information notices contain typos, there's someone to correct them.

In proper proof-reading notation.

  2. Hi Sarata,

I remember you fondly! Drop me a line on my main email (won't post it here 'cos it attracts spammers, but easily findable by humans) and I'll tell you what's happened in five years.

  3. When our public information contains errors, I seethe inwardly and complain loudly to anyone with me. I'm practising just in case I one day become a grouchy old man!

  7. An improper correction would really be letting the Oxford side down.

This has nothing to do with the image... but could you just make a sequel to The Xenocide Mission, you know. Just to give me some closure. Because my mind is filled with thoughts like, "Does Joel contact Oomoing somehow?" And Does Michael find that great other alien race?" Come on man... it's KILLING ME!
---Oh yeah! Im not normally a Sci-Fi kinda geek but the book was that good.

  10. Correct, that has nothing to do with the image. See http://tinyurl.com/26upfw for the definitive statement on a sequel to The Xenocide Mission. (And please, people, learn to do a search for email addresses so you don't clog up the comments of blogs ...)
