Do you buy milk at Tesco?

A lot of people do, so I suppose the side of a milk bottle is a good place for the Department of Work and Pensions to be posting its public service advisories. Presumably the campaign is paid for by all the tax credits saved.

Somehow I doubt they do this to the milk in Waitrose.

Sainsburys, maybe.

Tax credits cause a lot of grief, pain and suffering, as well as costing a lot of money! Surely there must be better ways to put a social safety net in place? And as you rightly point out, the taxpayer also pays for the adverts...

  2. You're absolutely right! The milk bottles in Waitrose say 'has your partner moved in? This could affect your consumption of buffalo mozzarella, avocado oil and fine wine'.

  3. I don't think this has anything to do with milk but I didn't know anywhere else to post it. Gary and I thought you would like to know that there is going to be a new series called the Sarah Jane Adventures.

Who knows, perhaps you can find a connection with that to milk. :)

  4. I had heard of that and await it with interest ... "Are you a freelancer who also saves the world from time to time? It could be tax deductible."
